We were lucky enough to capture Jenna and Doug’s special day, where the newlyweds exchanged nuptials at Camp Lucy’s original venue, Ian’s Chapel. However, this exquisite ceremony destination in particular serves as much more than just a chapel. Ian’s Chapel features a restored 19th century French Colonial Chapel with an antique Vietnamese bell.
There is certainly no shortage of beautiful locations on the grounds, as well as each surrounding venue. Many of the property’s extraordinary buildings have been restructured to compliment any event.
Jenna and Doug’s guests were able to stroll along ‘Old World’ brick paved pathways to picture-perfect sites among the estate that included a repurposed 1800’s Amish barn and an open-air Pavilion made from timbers of a 1930’s French Colonial church. Their guests were also greeted by stunning views of the Great Lawn and Stone Arch, which inevitably added a breathtaking touch to any photo.
